Conventional procedure for microbial count is complicated and timeconsuming. Compact Dry is good solution for anyone to perform microbial count easily. Additionally switching from conventional plate to Compact Dry reduces medical laboratory wastes significantly, thus helping to preserve our valuable and non-renewable resources.
Features
- Small and solid dry media sterilized.
- Once one (1) ml specimen is dropped, the dry coated medium transforms to gel automatically. No needs of mixing and dilution.
- As colonies develop color, colony count is quite easy.
How to use
Drop 1ml of specimen (to be diluted,if necessary) in the middle of dry sheet.
The specimen diffuses automatically into the plate,and the dry medium transforms to gel.
Put the cap, and incubate 48 hours for TC and 20-24 hours for EC respectively.
Count the number of colonies appeared on the surface.
