Portable Heavy Metals Analyser, accurate to ppb levels

The HM1000 is a new instrument that allows for heavy metals analysis to be undertaken in the field, obtaining results down to ppb levels that would otherwise only be achieved through laboratory work. The instrument provides a simple and efficient solution for monitoring six heavy metals found in a variety of waters:

Arsenic
Cadmium
Copper
Mercury
Lead
Zinc

The HM1000 is the first of Wagtech's new range of heavy metals testing equipment, of which the Metalyser brand will eventually comprise of portable, on-line and bench-top versions.

Specification

Operation	Analytical principal: Anodic & Cathodic stripping voltammetry using unique vibrating microwire electrodes (patent appl No: PCT/GB2007/001704). Parameters measured: Copper, Cadmium, Lea d, Zinc, Mercury and Arsenic Temperature range: -20º to +70º
Data	Results obtained in less than 5 minutes. Internal memory: 1000 data sets with facility to enter sample number, date and time stamp. Transfer via USB to PC (optional Bluetooth). No specific software required. New application methods can be uploaded to the unit via the USB port.
